I was skeptical about the Executive Coaching process, but during my sessions with Mr. Yonel, I have come to expect the un-expected. Mr. Yonel helps turn an issue/problem on its head and creatively draws out of your knowing a path forward for addressing an issue/problem. I have learned to take a moment and possibly question whether there isn’t another vantage point from which I can approach an issue.
